Ca' Verzini is the first agricultural brewery in Val d'Illasi (VR) that offers you excellent craft beers made from selected raw materials and grown on its own.
The Ca' Verzini Brewery was born from the unbridled passion of two brothers, Filippo and Alessio, who after a decade of homebrewing decide to transform their passion into a real profession.
They achieve their dream by proposing and giving the opportunity to enjoy their particular and special brewing creations to a wide audience.
The Ca' Verzini Brewery is located on the hills of Val d'Illasi in the province of Verona, it is located inside a typical Venetian rural courtyard owned by the family, whose traces date back to the 12th century, completely restored and modernized in recent years.
In the Brewery, different types of craft beer are created with selected raw materials and grown on their own.
Barley is cultivated on the flatter farm land while hops are cultivated on the more suitable hilly areas at higher elevations, close to the Little Dolomites chain.
Ca' Verzini craft beer is not only born from raw materials, but also from passion.
The production of their beers is carried out with the best ingredients available from their territory. In fact, only the best raw materials of their own production are chosen based on quality controls, in such a way as to allow them to express all their organoleptic characteristics to the maximum.
