I've been talking about food for years. I consider it the truest expression of a territory and the mirror of the people who produce it. This is why in each of my videos there are tastes, authenticity and soul, because I think that these three elements cannot travel separately. At least not for me. I'm curious, I like to look further, I'm never satisfied with the first impression.

If it is true that beauty must be discovered, it is right to live even the struggle of conquering it. From 2016 to today, more than 500 videos dedicated to food and its protagonists have generated more than 50,000,000 views on my social networks (links). The poem of food is The Taste of Conquest.
