L&' Modena-based company has multiple batteries for the maturation of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP and more. The mission is to make the true excellence of Modena known all over the world. Vinegar and more, of course: Acetaia Marchi also produces excellent flavored Balsamic Condiments, but also jams, compotes, sauces and other products based on Balsamic Vinegar.

A recent novelty in their catalog is the Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP. Their products are all unique and certified, highly qualitative, intended for authentic connoisseurs of &' Modena vinegar, families, retailers, distributors and all those who work in the GDO and Ho.Re.Ca sectors.

Today Acetaia Marchi, to those who wish to discover the fascinating world of Balsamic Vinegar, offers five different products: Platinum Sealed Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP, which differ in refining, aging, taste and bouquet.

A portfolio of authentic and genuine products, composed of cooked grape must and wine vinegar, free of added thickeners, dyes, preservatives, antioxidants, sweeteners and sulfites.
For the production of the products, the natural, artisanal, manual and traditional processing process is used. This takes longer than industrial procedures, but it allows typical products of true excellence to arrive on everyone's tables.
