For a pleasant dinner in the company of a beautiful lady, why not offer an excellent risotto with pomace flavor? For this risotto I chose Venetian specialties

I start from Carnaroli Rice with very special qualitative and nutritional characteristics, which, thanks to its high resistance to cooking, excels in the preparation of creamy risotto. Let it fade with a good glass of Seccal Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso DOC 2019, in order to accentuate the scent and flavor of plum and ripe cherry, typical of this Veronese wine. At the end of cooking, I butter the risotto with Monte Veronese PDO, one of my absolute favorite cheeses

This is a cheese, compact but creamy, with a nice lactic pleasure that invests the palate. You can enhance the light spiciness of Monte Veronese PDO with a very light grated pepper. Have a good dinner!
